The heart begins to pound
The breathe begins to tighten

The light seeps in
The face starts to become
Blue in the face

A deep blue that fades
Into the purple of the twilight’s sky
The crimson that tints the purple is all
But gone

They try to keep you up
They try to make you escape your
Blue in the face

The lungs, slowly stopping
The heart, loosely pumping
The eyes, steadily closing

Purple turns to white
White becomes purple then crimson
Then a warm peach as the trap opens

The heart starts a mild pound
The breath comes back
The throat is free from the reins of
